Day 1: Tbilisi & Mtskheta – Cultural Heartlands 

Morning: Tbilisi City Highlights 

  • Narikala Fortress: An ancient 4th-century fortress offering panoramic views of Tbilisi. Accessible via a scenic cable car ride from Europe Park, it provides a glimpse into the city's layered history.  
  • Metekhi Church & Vakhtang Gorgasali Statue: Perched above the Kura River, this 12th-century church marks the founding site of Tbilisi. The adjacent statue commemorates King Vakhtang Gorgasali, the city's legendary founder.  
  • Abanotubani District: Famous for its sulfur baths, this area showcases Tbilisi's distinctive Persian-influenced architecture and offers a sensory journey through its aromatic streets.  
  • Chronicles of Georgia – Massive, modern stone pillars telling the story of Georgia’s kings and Christianity. 
  • Holy Trinity cathedral – one of the biggest religious constructions in Europe 


Afternoon: Mtskheta – Spiritual and Historical Significance 

  • Svetitskhoveli Cathedral: A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this 11th-century cathedral is revered as the burial place of Christ's mantle and a masterpiece of Georgian ecclesiastical architecture.  
  • Jvari Monastery: Situated atop a hill, this 6th-century monastery offers sweeping views where the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers converge, symbolizing the unity of Georgia's Christian heritage. 


Evening: Traditional Georgian Farewell Dinner 

  • Venue: A local restaurant in Tbilisi renowned for its authentic Georgian cuisine and folk performances. 
  • Experience: Indulge in a feast featuring dishes like khachapuri (cheese-filled bread), khinkali (dumplings), and mtsvadi (grilled meat skewers), accompanied by live folk music and dance, encapsulating the warmth of Georgian hospitality.  

Day 2: Kazbegi Adventure – Nature & Culinary Immersion 

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel

  • Scenic Drive to Kazbegi 
  • Zhinvali Dam: A hydroelectric dam on the Aragvi River, offering picturesque views and serving as a vital water source for Tbilisi.  
  • Ananuri Fortress Complex: A 16th-century castle complex with well-preserved defensive walls and towers, overlooking the Jinvali Reservoir, reflecting the region's feudal past. 

Midday: Gergeti Trinity Church Expedition 

  • 4x4 Drive to Gergeti Trinity Church: Embark on an off-road journey to this iconic 

14th-century church situated at 2,170 meters above sea level, beneath the towering Mount Kazbek. The church's remote location amidst dramatic landscapes offers a serene and spiritual experience.  

Afternoon: Culinary Masterclass – Khinkali 

  • Khinkali Workshop: Participate in a hands-on cooking class to master the art of making khinkali, the beloved Georgian dumplings filled with spiced meat and herbs, followed by a communal lunch to savor your creations. 

Evening: Return to Tbilisi 

  • Drive Back: Conclude the day with a scenic drive back to Tbilisi, reflecting on the day'sadventures. 


Day 3: Kakheti Wine Region – Vineyards & Traditions 

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel

  • Bodbe Convent & Sighnaghi 
  • Bodbe Convent: A tranquil site housing the tomb of St. Nino, the 4th-century missionary who brought Christianity to Georgia. The convent offers peaceful surroundings and panoramic views of the Alazani Valley.  
  •  Sighnaghi – The City of Love: A charming hilltop town known for its cobblestone streets, colorful houses, and fortified walls. Sighnaghi is renowned for its romantic ambiance and vibrant arts scene. 


Afternoon: Shumi winery 

  • Shumi winery: The winery spans 23 acres and features Georgia's first wine museum, showcasing artifacts dating back 6,000 years, alongside the world's largest private collection of over 900 living vine varieties . Visitors can explore ancient winemaking techniques, including the Kakhetian tradition of aging wine in qvevri (clay amphora), and sample a diverse range of wines, such as the renowned Tsinandali and Saperavi.


Evening: Traditional Georgian Dinner 

  • Family-Hosted Dinner: Enjoy an intimate meal at a local family's home, experiencing authentic Georgian hospitality and cuisine in a warm, familial setting. 

Return to Tbilisi 

  • Drive Back: Conclude your journey with a return drive to Tbilisi, filled with memories of Georgia's rich culture and landscapes. 

 Day 4: End of the tour

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel or a takeaway breakfast, depending on your flight time.

  • Free time for shopping, depending on your flight schedule.
  • Transfer to Tbilisi International Airport and departure. The end of your memorable Tbilisi adventure.
